Role Overview:
As a Program Manager, you will drive the execution of projects for global public sector clients, focusing on the US Government (USG). You will leverage your program management expertise and active security clearance to manage budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain relationships with civil and defense customers, ensuring on-time delivery of our cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Programs: Oversee projects, ensuring alignment with company vision and objectives. Guide cross-functional teams to success.
- USG Expertise: Navigate USG processes, regulations, and contracts.
- Security Clearance: Maintain active clearance and support adherence to security protocols.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government partners.
- Budget Management: Oversee program budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Proposal Support: Contribute to developing FFP, T&M, and CPFF proposals.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Team Development: Support a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance and eligibility for SCI access.
- 5+ years of program management experience with USG customers, ideally in space or network communications.
- Expertise in USG contracts, regulations, and project schedules.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with budget management and technical solutions (e.g., network communications, SaaS).
Location:
Remote role, but candidates must be based in the D.C. area for weekly customer interactions.
