The Role: SRE Infrastructure Software Engineer

You won’t just be maintaining a stack; you’ll be building “greenfield” infrastructure where personal privacy and national security intersect. You will own the full lifecycle of our telecommunications and deployment systems, ensuring they are as resilient as they are secure.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Architect Resilience: Build and maintain the instrumentation and monitoring tools that keep our global system performant and available.
  • Bridge the Gap: Integrate modern software practices with complex telecommunications infrastructure (4G/5G cores, IMS).
  • Own the Standard: Lead technical accreditation (FedRAMP/ATO) and shape what “great” engineering looks like in a high-stakes environment.
  • Balance & Build: Pivot between immediate mission-critical needs and the long-term product vision.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 4+ years in Software Engineering or SRE roles, specifically designing high-availability systems.
  • The Stack: Fluency in Golang, Rust, Java/Kotlin, or Python, with a strong command of AWS (GCP/Azure is a plus).
  • The Mindset: A “scrappy” startup soul. You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited to solve hard problems from the ground up.
  • The Mission: A genuine passion for privacy and building software with real-world, national-scale implications.
