Total Compensation: $400,000 – $850,000+ (Aggressive performance-based upside)

The Mandate
In this role, you aren’t just writing code; you are building the firm’s primary engine for alpha generation. You will sit at the nexus of high-performance systems and advanced machine learning, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical trading infrastructure.
- Architect & Scale: Design high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems capable of training and deploying complex models on petabytes of real-time data.
- Engineer Intelligence: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade execution by optimizing neural architectures for high-stakes financial environments.
- Product Ownership: Drive the technical roadmap for “Revenue Intelligence” tools, automating complex market signal ingestion and execution logic.

We are looking for a rare “builder” profile—someone who possesses both the rigorous foundation of a world-class engineer and the relentless velocity of a founder.
- Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science from a global Top-Tier institution (the 0.1% of your graduating class).
- Elite Technical Experience: A background at a Tier-1 technology firm leading high-impact initiatives in AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or large-scale distributed systems.
- Founder Mindset: Preference for those who have founded a technology startup or held a leadership role in an early-stage, high-growth venture. We value the “full-stack” ownership and the ability to solve ambiguous problems without a playbook.
