This is not incremental telecom. Its a clean-sheet rebuild of wireless infrastructure aligned with U.S. and allied national security priorities.

The Role

Were hiring a Security Engineer (Cloud Security) to architect and harden AWS environments that power a new category of secure wireless infrastructure.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role embedded with engineering and SRE. You will reduce systemic risk, design security controls, and integrate security directly into the DevOps lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and manage AWS security controls to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability

  • Lead cloud security assessments and drive remediation

  • Embed security into CI/CD and DevOps workflows

  • Leverage AWS tools (GuardDuty, Inspector, IAM, KMS, WAF, Shield)

  • Automate security processes using Python, TypeScript, or Go

  • Secure containerized and distributed systems

  • Partner on audits and penetration testing

  • Champion secure-by-design principles across engineering

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years in security, including 3+ years focused on AWS

  • Deep knowledge of AWS architecture and cloud security best practices

  • Experience with IaC (CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation)

  • Strong scripting skills for automation

  • Solid grounding in network security, encryption, and secure coding

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments

  • US Citizenship (Required)

Certifications (CISSP, AWS Security Specialty) are a plus.
